Research & Concept Building
1

Concept Development & Design Planning

The development process began with understanding the client’s lifestyle requirements, site conditions, and local building regulations. Based on these inputs, a conceptual design was created that balanced luxury, functionality, and visual identity. Key challenges at this stage included aligning the client’s aesthetic expectations with practical planning constraints, optimizing the built mass within plot boundaries, and ensuring proper orientation for daylight, ventilation, and privacy while maintaining a strong architectural presence.

2

Detailed Design & Technical Coordination

Once the concept was finalized, the project moved into detailed architectural planning, material selection, and structural coordination. Elevation detailing, façade proportions, balcony projections, and fenestration were carefully refined to achieve a cohesive design language. Challenges during this phase involved coordinating structural elements with architectural features, managing complex façade details, and selecting materials that offered durability, ease of maintenance, and long-term visual consistency within the local climate.

Execution Strategy & On-Site Implementation

The final stage focused on translating drawings into reality through phased construction planning and execution oversight. Sequencing of work, quality control, and coordination between multiple trades were critical to achieving the intended design outcome. Major challenges included maintaining precision in elevation detailing, ensuring workmanship quality across structural and finishing stages, and adapting to site-level constraints without compromising the original design intent or construction timelines.
