Commissioned by Sardar Gurnek Singh Johal, an NRI based in the United States, the 5,700 sq ft home reflects thoughtful planning, refined interiors, and efficient execution. Every space—from the family lounge to private bedrooms—was crafted with precision, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience despite the client residing overseas.
Problem Statement
The primary challenge of the project was to design and execute a high-end 4BHK luxury villa within a strict 11-month timeline while ensuring uncompromised quality, precision, and aesthetic excellence. Additional complexities included remote coordination with an overseas client, seamless integration of architectural design with structural and service planning, timely approvals, and efficient on-site execution. Managing multiple stakeholders, maintaining workmanship standards, and aligning design intent with real-time construction constraints required meticulous planning, clear communication, and disciplined project management throughout the project lifecycle.
Concept Planning & Design Development
The project began with detailed consultations to understand the client’s lifestyle, spatial needs, and long-term vision. Architectural planning focused on creating a modern 4BHK villa with efficient circulation, strong elevation character, and optimal natural light. Key challenges at this stage included aligning aesthetic aspirations with budget parameters and ensuring compliance with local building regulations while finalizing a future-ready design.
Detailed Drawings & Approvals
Once the concept was finalized, comprehensive architectural, structural, and services drawings were developed for execution.
