The project faced the challenge of delivering a fully finished residential villa within a strict 15-month timeline while the owner, an NRI based in Canada, remained unavailable for on-site decisions and coordination. Ensuring design accuracy, quality execution, and timely approvals required efficient remote communication and precise planning. Additional complexities included integrating newly designed interior spaces with selected furniture and fixtures reused from the owner’s previous home, while maintaining consistency in aesthetics, functionality, and construction standards without compromising the overall project schedule..

This stage focused on understanding the client’s requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget constraints while translating them into a functional and contemporary design. Special attention was given to spatial planning, natural light, ventilation, and future usability. The key challenge was aligning design decisions remotely, as the owner was based overseas, which required clear documentation, visual references, and precise communication to finalize concepts without on-site involvement.

Once the concept was finalized, detailed architectural, structural, and service drawings were prepared to ensure accurate execution on site.
