Project Overview
Proposed Modern Residence for S. Ranjit Singh at Village Talwan is a thoughtfully designed luxury home that blends contemporary aesthetics with functional planning. The façade features clean geometric lines, textured stone accents, warm wooden elements, and expansive glazing that enhances natural light. Carefully planned spatial zoning ensures privacy and comfort, while the elevated balcony and landscaped frontage add elegance. This residence reflects refined architectural detailing, structural precision, and a balanced approach to modern living in a serene village setting.
Concept Development & Design Planning
The design concept was developed around clean contemporary lines, functional zoning, and climate-responsive planning suited to Village Talwan. Spatial layouts were carefully organized to ensure privacy, natural ventilation, and optimal daylight penetration. The façade composition balances textures such as stone, plaster, and wood to create visual depth. Every element, from balcony projections to entrance sequencing, was thoughtfully planned to deliver a refined luxury residence with strong architectural identity and contextual harmony.
Detailed Design & Technical Coordination
The project progressed with comprehensive architectural drawings, structural detailing, and precise material specifications. Coordination between architectural, structural, and service consultants ensured seamless integration of RCC framework, masonry, and façade treatments. Window placements, slab levels, and beam alignments were meticulously resolved to maintain proportions and design intent. Technical clarity minimized site conflicts, ensuring construction accuracy while preserving aesthetic consistency and high-quality execution standards throughout the development process.
Execution Strategy & On-Site Implementation
Execution was guided by phased planning, strict quality control, and continuous site supervision. Structural work followed approved RCC detailing, ensuring durability and safety. Masonry, façade elements, and finishing materials were executed with attention to craftsmanship and alignment accuracy. Regular coordination meetings maintained workflow efficiency and resolved on-site challenges promptly. The implementation strategy focused on achieving architectural precision, timely delivery, and a premium finish that reflects the original design vision.
