The proposed design for the Gurudwara Sahib at Village Fatehpur, Tehsil Nakodar (Jalandhar), reflects the deep spiritual and cultural essence of Sikh architecture. Hothico Architects have focused on preserving traditional design elements such as domes, arches, and chattris while ensuring a symmetrical and harmonious layout. The overall form conveys serenity and grandeur, drawing inspiration from historic Gurudwaras while integrating subtle modern construction techniques to enhance longevity and usability.

This two-storeyed elevation is centered around a prominent main dome surrounded by four smaller domes, which visually anchor the structure and elevate its sacred character. Arched openings, jharokhas (projected balconies), and intricately detailed parapets with khanda motifs add a distinct religious identity. The balanced massing, use of pastel shades, and crisp white accents reflect purity and calmness. Landscape design in the foreground enhances the site’s aesthetics and ensures a meditative, welcoming environment for visitors and devotees alike.
